3.3 vcity177 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not satisfied.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one vcity177 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 All accounts must be registered using the Player's own legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
4.3 vcity177 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC documentation includes a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. vcity177 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.4 Full withdrawal functionality is not available until KYC is successfully completed. vcity177 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals arising from incomplete or pending KYC verification.
5.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. vcity177 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.
5.2 You must notify vcity177 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security affecting your credentials. vcity177 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
5.3 You may not share, sell, or transfer your vcity177 account to any other person. All gaming activity must be conducted by the registered account holder personally.
6.1 All deposits to vcity177 accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. vcity177 does not charge deposit fees; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
6.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. vcity177 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with notice.
6.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. vcity177 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Third-party deposits will be refunded and the account flagged for review.
6.4 Once a deposit is credited to your vcity177 Balance, it cannot be reversed except where required by applicable law or where the deposit was made in error. Players who believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed must contact support within 24 hours.
7.1 Players may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may require additional verification.
7.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the vcity177 account. vcity177 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.3 Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts using Malaysian eWallet and FPX methods. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, where the payment provider experiences delays, or where a withdrawal has been flagged by our fraud prevention systems.
7.4 vcity177 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, vcity177 will notify the Player and may request supporting documentation.
7.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in Bonus Funds being deducted from the withdrawal amount.
8.1 vcity177 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published at the time of the offer and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

8.3 Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. vcity177 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or disqualify Players from any promotion where abuse, exploitation, or manipulation is suspected.
8.4 Bonus Funds are used before Real Money Funds in all wagers unless the Player opts out of an applicable bonus in their account settings prior to playing.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vcity177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity due to service interruption.
14.2 vcity177's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their vcity177 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits vcity177's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
15.1 vcity177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has violated this Agreement; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes; (c) the Player has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose vcity177 to legal or regulatory risk.
15.2 Upon permanent closure of a verified account in good standing, vcity177 will return the Real Money Balance (less any sums owed by the Player) within 10 business days. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited.
15.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vcity177 customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to game rules.
16.1 vcity177 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered Players and/or by prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

17.2 In the event of a dispute between vcity177 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through vcity177's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. vcity177 will acknowledge disputes within 5 business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within 28 days.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution service in accordance with the requirements of vcity177's operating licence.
